By submitting your booking, you are agreeing to be bound by our sales terms and conditions below.The Satter International Hotel does not accept liability for any omissions or errors and reserves the right at any time to change information published on the site and we therefore recommend that you check these each time you revisit our site. Please read until the end.

FOR ALL BOOKINGS:
To accept our general conditions of sale, we expect our customers to be understading and courteous during their stay with us.
WE DON'T ACCEPT STAG PARTY OR ANY SIMILAR GROUP BOOKING IN OUR HOTEL (EXCEPT TOURIST/ STUDENT/ FOREIGNER BOOKINGS).please check it.

GUARANTEE OF A GROUP BOOKING After acceptance of our terms & conditions, the owner reserve the right to ask a non refundable "deposit for group booking" upto 50% of the due amount immediately after the booking for reconfirmation.

CASH DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
Many of our guests send us cash by recorded delivery without any problem. In this case, please use same name & address mentioned above. After receiving that, normally, we confirm the reception of your letter or reservation.

PAYMENTS & IMPORTANT NOTES:
We accept payments by cash only and the following cards for your due booking balance on arrival. Visa Debit/Delta- a charge of £1.00, Maestro/Switch -no Charge;  Visa Credit, Master Card, American Express - a charge of £1.50. We don’t accept any Cheque on the day of arrival. On arrival you must give us a pre-authorisation for a security deposit of an equivalent amount of £100 per room minimum through your bank card or cash at the reception against our keys to fulfil your booking terms and conditions. Unless we are not able to provide any guarantee for your booking in the hotel. Any balance due on the reservation must be paid by cash or credit cards on arrival unless otherwise agreed with us. For a group may need to sign a special bond on your arrival.  

CANCELLATIONS: 

If you cancel a single booking or part of a single booking up to 30 days prior to arrival, you will lose your deposit. For cancellations after this time, we reserve the right to claim payment of the full amount of the original booking. Guests leaving earlier than stated in their original booking will have to pay the full amount of the original booking. We don't make any refund of  payment, or downpayment,once the guest has taken the room key, or need to cancel  the booking before arrival, for whatever the reason.
Before any booking, it is the responsibility of the guest  to check all informations and terms & conditions of hotel.

CANCELLATION OF A GROUP BOOKING is not allowed. If you need to cancel for any type of  group booking, you have to cancel  upto 4 weeks before to allow new bookings on the corresponding date. Group bookings done between this periode (within 4 weeks), are not  allowed for cancellation, in this case, we will charge the full amount of the original booking. 

NON-ARRIVAL OF GUESTS 'NO-SHOW' OR REDUCTION OF BOOKING :

Should you have booked a room (s) and paid a deposit and fail to arrive at the Hotel we reserve the right to charge you the remainder of the full amount that would have become due. 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Rooms are available from 2.00pm although earlier maybe possible with our agreement. You are asked to inform the Hotel of your arrival time if possible. Check out on the day of departure is at 10.00 am but luggage may be left in the reception hall if you are staying in Blackpool for the day if agreed in advance. The hall is a public area and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage.

UNREGISTERED GUEST:
All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred. The rooms must not be occupied by more persons than stated or booked. The hotel is strictly for residents only; we don’t allow any unregistered guest  in room/house even temporarily. It is totally prohibited. 

HOTEL PROPERTY: Guests shall be held responsible and liable for any breakages or damages that are caused while you occupy the room including any accidents that may occur.

If you leave without reporting any damages the damage will be viewed as wilful, the evidence shall be taken and the damages will also be reported to the police, we will pursue the matter to conclusion. The costs will be taken from the credit/debit card used to secure the booking or pay for the stay. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay.

Tampering with emergency & security systems such as the fire alarm, smoke & heat detector, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and the CCTV & recorder etc. will be viewed as wilful damage and will be reported to the police without exception.


COST OF DAMAGES
(PLEASE CHECK IT ON ARRIVAL IMMEDIATELY) is displayed at the reception lounge for your consultation. If any damage is caused you are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair. We don't negotiate the cost of replacement or repair because it depend multiple factor. Example: one fire door of a room cost more or less £400.00 & one key lost will incur a £60.00 charge for replacement & this includes all related costs such as hardware's, accessories, delay to repair, cancellation of future booking etc.until to be re-let the room.

SAFETY AND SECURITY:
The guest or organizer is responsible for their own safety and their physical personal security, against any loss, damages, fire, injury, accident, caused or happened in the room or in the house. It is totally prohibited to access or throw anything through the skylight or window.

LIABILITY:
In case of death or injury caused or happened during the stay in the house all warranties are excluded and in no event will we be liable for consequential or special damages. The owner  of hotel will not be liable for anything caused or happened in the room or house or for any services given during the stay in the property. The guests are advised to check all information’s on the website before the booking.

BEHAVIOUR: We are not either a night club or a disco, we don't accept any sound, noise, shouting or alcoholic issues in the night ,we provide a simple accommodation for sleep for those who need it. The hotel reserves the right to remove from the premises any guest who does not comply with these terms and conditions, is deemed to be a risk to health and safety, or whose behaviour the proprietors feel is unacceptable. Where complaints are made by other guests about the behaviour of individuals these will be investigated and if upheld the individuals and associated guests will be removed from the premises. In such instances no refunds will be given.

BREAKFAST/BAR/TELEVISION/PARKING:
We don't provide any breakfast for the moment. We have television but not in every room due to damages or missings the box and no any bar or any parking  in the house.We don't provide any other extra services in house.

SMOKERS INFORMATION:
Unfortunately due to the governments smoking ban we are a fully non-smoking hotel and this includes all bedrooms as well as the lounge, dining room and hallways. We have been fitted with the latest fire and smoke alarm system for yours and other guests' safety.

INSURANCE:
When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and you are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation. Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility.

IMPORTANT FINAL MESSAGE:
That means, the owner reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the well being and comfort of other guests, for the house or staff, during his her stay,even if all bookings and payments have been done properly. In any case, we do not agree to refund any amount already paid and in the same time,we can take assistance of the local police to maintain law and order.
Due to multiple criminal offenses in recent days: Alcohol, Smoking, Solvent Abuse, prostitution and Illegal Drugs are totally prohibited in the house. Ordered by
Blackpool police authority. 

ARRIVAL CHECK IN & REGISTRATION:
We inform that on arrival we require your valid bank card information in case of  single, group or multiple booking. However, for all guest, we require a deposit of £20.00 to £50.00 per person to reach £100 per room otherwise we need a pre-authorisation of equivalent amount through your bank card or by cash. In case your pre-authorisation transaction
for the expected amount is not reached, you must pay us the different amount by cash. 
Without any deposit or pre-authorisation against damages on arrival, we don't allow any registration in the hotel.For a single or multiple damages in the room or anywhere in the hotel, however the damage is caused, it will be charged to the organiser's credit card,  if the amount of damage is not reached, it will be charged to every pre-authorisation given at the reception. In case of deposit by cash,we will deduct the amount
 of damages on the total amount deposited at the reception. On the contrary,wwill refund the whole amount of deposit at the time of your departure to the booking organiser (lead guest) only, not individually, if nothing hapened.

You must pay the room in advance.To maintain the security, cleanliness & hygiene, we don't allow any drink , food or smoking  in WC, corridors, & rooms.

Normally we prepared well & check our rooms before guest arrival. Guest must complain immediately, if anything wrong or missing in the room after reception the key.If it is late, we don't accept any claim. 
We don't allow any glass bottle in the room/hotel. If any bin left in the room or any sick in the room/hotel which need extra time to be cleaned, then we charge £5 to £25 for cleaning or laundry service.
